CrossFit Waco provides fitness programs utilizing functional movements and are, by design, broad, general, and inclusive for all individuals regardless of current fitness level. We offer several different classes to meet the needs of all individuals including generalized CrossFit classes, Fit Waco (our endurance based fitness program utilizing endurance movements such as running, rowing, biking and body weight movements), and Barbell Waco (our Olympic Weight Lifting class).
Our facilities include a lockeroom and showers. Classes begin at 5:15am, with the last class starting at 6:30pm.
