Curves

Curves is a facility specially designed for women featuring a complete total body workout in just 30 minutes.  We have new specialty classes, new combo memberships, new Nutrition and Weight Management program, and new Health and Wellness Education series that target issues important to women.

At Curves you always have the support of a trainer – 1:1 training sessions as a new member, monthly coaching sessions, and a coach every time you come in for your workout.  There is no additional charges for this service.  With our new combo membership, you have access to a Curves workout 24x7x365 to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
