Enrichment Training & Counseling Solutions

We provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples and families. Families may be the family you were born into, the family you married into, blended, adoptive as well and parent child or sibling work. Couples may be married, partnered, dating, engaged, and newlywed. Our individual work is with early teens through all ages of adults. When we work with children younger than teen, we typically work in a family or parent child approach.

We offer traditional talk therapy, EMDR Therapy, trauma recovery, grief counseling, outpatient eating disorder treatment, and art processing work. In addition, we work with moms whom have experienced traumatic births and/or maternal mental health concerns.
