Meet Adrienne Hare
Howdy friends!
So I’m a quasi-Waco local (Air Force kid that landed in Waco in 5th grade) who graduated from Midway then Baylor, after a few, um, victory laps. I met my husband, Daniel, during one of those victory laps and can safely say he most likely saved my life- but that’s a story for another post. We married in 2008 here in Waco and moved to Oklahoma City (where he’s from) and then Oregon for work before returning “home” to Waco in 2012 when he accepted a position at Baylor Law School.
We have three littles- Brooklyn (almost 6), Griffin (3), and Dylan (2). My degree is in communication and until 2 years ago when we had our “bonus” 3rd baby have always worked in the non-profit or higher ed worlds. I have worked every combination from full-time to part-time to part-time from home to solely stay-at-home and currently stay-at-home and run my in home and online clothing business.
Motherhood has stretched me in ways no parenting class could prepare me for. The jury’s still out on whether this is a good thing or a bad thing. I am a 36 year old who struggles with anxiety and self-confidence and still feel like I’m trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up- and that’s ok. I’m here because I’m hoping a few of you mamas can identify and we can muddle through this together with some ah-ha moments and lots of laughs along the way.
I have mad love for 90’s music, good chips and salsa, old school rap, locally owned businesses, Jesus, Seinfeld and the West Wing, and all things green & gold. You can catch the insanity on my instagram @adriennehare or if you’re lucky at our second home, Chick-fil-a. My kids will be the toddlers mooning everyone in the play area. For real. That actually happened.
