Amy Kyle
Amy is a second generation Waco native and proud to continue to call Waco home. She got her bachelors in exercise physiology at Texas A& M University and her masters and doctorate in physical therapy at University of Texas Medical Branch. Amy moved back to Waco in 2012 with her husband Jeff and their oldest daughter Brintley. In 2013 they had their youngest daughter, Leighton and now reside in Robinson. Amy works full time as a physical therapist in Hewitt. She and her husband also co-founded a veteran and first responder foundation, American Valor. Their foundation works year round raising funds to assist veterans, active duty military members and first responders and annually puts on the Chris Kyle Memorial Benefit in Fort Worth. Amy really enjoys working out but has been known to skip a work out or two for a little more sleep or happy hour. She is really enjoying the “trenches” of being a working mom of two little girls but knows the benefit of a good glass of wine, cookie two step blue bell ice cream, a Netflix binge and a little sarcastic humor in making it through this season in life. She is new to the blogging world and excited to embark on this journey in helping to connect and perhaps be an outlet for other moms in the Waco area.
