Meet Jana Rochel

Hi! My name is Jana and I am a native Kansan but have fallen in love with Waco and all the southern hospitality that Texas has to offer. Before becoming a mom, I worked in the retail world as a department store manager and footwear buyer. My husband, Ryan’s, job has taken us from Kansas to Illinois and the most recent move to Central Texas this past summer.  I have a degree from Kansas State University (Go Cats!) in journalism but always longed for my dream job of becoming a mom. 

I am currently founder, designer and artist at MadebyJana on etsy and CEO of my family, chickens and home in China Spring. My husband and I have been married for twelve years and have two kids, Reed (6) and Elsie (4).

When I am not in the pick up line at preschool or chauffeuring to cub scouts, baseball practice, church group, football or cheer I look forward to hearing and sharing stories of this life we call motherhood.
