Meet Jessica Stokes

Hello Waco!

My name is Jessica Stokes, and I am SO excited to be joining the wonderful team of women here at Waco Moms Blog!

I moved here just over a year ago with my husband Anthony, who is now in his second year at Baylor Law School. We met while attending the same college in Idaho, my home state. Ours was a textbook whirlwind romance. He asked me on a date, and within 2 weeks we were ring shopping. Two and a half months later, we were married! We stayed in Idaho for a few months before making the move to Austin. I still dream of white Christmases, but I really do love it here!

Now, nearly five years later, we have two (soon to be three) amazing kids. Emlyn just celebrated her third birthday, and is our wild child. She never stops running and climbing! Her brother, Cash, celebrated his second birthday today. He has the sweetest personality, and is a much-needed calming presence in our lives. They will be joined by a new sister in the next couple of weeks, and we couldn’t be more excited!

From the minute I arrived in Waco I knew I would love it, and I really do. I am so grateful that our path has led us here! I have made so many friends here in Waco who have become an invaluable support network for our family. I am so excited to be a part of the Waco Moms Blog team, and I so appreciate the opportunity to share my heart with you!
