Victoria Brown
Hey ya’ll! My name is Victoria Brown and I am originally from Lorena, Texas. My husband, Nick, and I met at and graduated from Texas A&M University, where I earned a Sport Management degree that sits framed in a closet. I always knew I wanted to be a stay-at-home-mom, but also knew I needed to pay bills until it actually happened 🙂
Nick and I have a 3.5 year-old son, Remington. We have an almost 1-year-old daughter, Beaux Caroline. And we have an unknown little baby on the way due March 2nd. We could not be more excited about our growing family!
Before staying home, I worked with at-risk youth through non-profits in the Ft. Worth area. I then transitioned into full-time teaching and coaching in Houston and loved every minute (except lesson plans). After having my son, I took the next year and a half off. Once we moved back to the Waco area, I was asked to consider a coaching position at a private school in town. I’m currently on my 3rd year as the Varsity Volleyball and Basketball coach. I recently became a Noonday Ambassador and it has been an incredible outlet for this stay-at-home mom who loves her littles, but also loves girl time and helping others.
My husband and I are actively involved in our church and have been blessed with an incredible village in Waco. We could not be more thankful that God brought us back to this little town to raise our own family. I’m excited to be a part of the Waco Moms Blog team and look forward to the upcoming months!
