Silos Baking Company is a favorite stop in downtown Waco. Did someone say cupcakes?!
Everything is delicious and definitely worth the wait in the line. Looks can be deceiving, so don’t be scared off!

1.Blueberry Muffin Crumble

Start your morning off right with the with this delicious muffin, loaded with fresh whole blueberries, and topped with a goodness!
2.Cookies

The cookies are amazing and big! They have sugar, chocolate chip, and the silo cookie, which is my favorite of all the cookies! The Silo cookie contains chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and walnuts. They also have a couple of gluten free cookies as well.
3.Chocolatier

If you are a chocolate lover this cupcake is right up your ally. Mouthwatering moist chocolate cake with a chocolate buttercream icing. What more could you ask for? This is my go to at the bakery!
4.The Prized Pig

Can you say Bacon!!! This biscuit is loaded with bacon, cheddar cheese and chives. It’s a great breakfast option or for those who don’t really do sweets.
5. Lemon lavender

Lavender cake with a lemon buttercream icing, this light and airy cupcake offers a unique blend of flavors, that doesn’t disappoint. It is a must have!
