My name is Monica Lopez-Hagen. I am the proud mother of an adorable little boy, Diego, who has been an inspiration in pursuing my love of photography. I am the wife to a wonderful and supportive husband. I have known him since I graduated from college and started my first job. We moved to North Carolina in 2015 and we loved it there! I am an industrial engineer and worked for a global company in different operation and supply chain roles for 10 years before having my son and becoming a stay at home mom. I’ve always liked photography and once Diego was born I wanted to document every second of his life with a DSLR that my husband had bought me years ago. I realized that I was finally having the time to pursue my passion. I truly enjoy helping families capture their special memories. I began building my portfolio with my baby when I lived in North Carolina and continued to grow that portfolio when I moved to Tennessee. I’ve met such wonderful people throughout my travels, and I am excited to meet even more now that I am in Waco, TX.  I love to capture spontaneous moments with children and families but also capture the quiet and unique moments of a sleeping newborn. My rule is to take as long as we need to capture the perfect moments, ones you will cherish for a lifetime!
