The beauty of Bird-Kultgen Ford is that it is run by someone who understands cars and motherhood. Claire Kultgen McDonald is a proud 4th generation Bird Kultgen family member. She started her career at the dealership in the early 90s washing cars, stocking parts, and selling cars in the summer while attending Baylor. After a 5-year career in the aviation industry in Maryland, she moved back to Waco. She spent 12 years learning and preparing for her leadership role at the dealership, before becoming President in March of 2021. Claire and her husband Theo have 2 daughters.
One of the coolest features of their giant showroom is that they are able to keep one of every new model in stock. This means that you can browse every model in the comfort of air conditioning and an enclosed space. Most people assume you have to visit a big city to experience this level of showroom, but you can stay right here in Waco.
