Texan transplant by way of the PNW is gladly raising her Texas babies in Waco by way of San Antonio. After spending well over a 15+ years in San Antonio Sonya and her family made the move in the fall of 2019 to Waco.
So all the good stuff they have brought with them as they venture down I 35, enjoying a spirited fiesta attitude from the city that they brought all their babies home. She is a mom to Jasmine (2008), Juliana (2012), and James ( 2018) and wife to James, who she met on the Riverwalk on July 4th and bonded over the fact that both had recently returned from overseas tours. They married 1 year later to the day July 4, 2008.
After welcoming their first daughter , this prompted the new mom to get out of the Air Force and head back to school to obtain her Bachelors in Nursing from Wayland Baptist ( Class of 2013). Currently working full-time as at Oceans Behavioral Hospital in Waco. Anytime spend with her family is spent happily outdoors going on a bike ride or playing volleyball. She loves Kendra Scott, Tex Mex food and planning for any occassion.
Looking forward too engaging with the Moms in Waco through sharing experiences and navigating parenting and that brings. All while planning the birthday parties for her family. So this is a quick run of how birthdays go down in her household starting in July. Basically 2 birthdays in less than a week on July 11 and 15th and then a month later 2 birthdays in 1 day, August 19th. Yes; the youngest kids are 4 days and 6 years apart. And the oldest family member and first born were born on the same day 34 years apart. So things to share will be a how to survive/ plan summer birthdays.
