Okay mommas, I know its a little ironic that I am writing about exercise, creams, and apparel to keep your booty perky all while running a cookie business BUT THAT IS THE SECRET!! I will dish…
I have always loved working out. I have loved pushing myself to the point of maybe a little mouth throw up on a good day . 😉 But I never felt comfortable. I always was super embarrassed to pick up hand weights, go in the area not intended just for cardio. And don’t even get me started on the machine world. I was cardio/class girl all the way. Not that that is a bad thing but I was only there because A) I didn’t know what I was doing and B) I was so embarrassed to even try!
Well, I pulled my “Active wear” WATCH THIS TO LAUGH pants all the way up to my boobs and I told myself lets do this. I researched, read, googled, anything you can think of to get more information on working out and eventually I started to feel like I was getting the hang of it. Fast forward to almost 3 years of working out about 5-6 days a week. Now feeling knowledgeable.
Anyway lets talk about BUTTS!!!! We all have them. We either want them bigger, rounder, less pancakey, toned, or just smooth! If you are one of the lucky ones that thinks “Oh, I love my butt ” then cheers to you girl!

BOOTY BANDS :The x Bands Extra Thick Exercise Resistance Bands Do yourself a favor a buy these! Any sort of leg/glute exercise will love some added resistance. Yes, I know they are not on the cheaper side but two things… they don’t slip and they don’t lose elasticity. I have had mine for about 2 years and they still work amazing!I have gone the cheaper route and having them slip during your workout defeats the purpose! They are now in the kids playroom.
Here is a circuit just zoning in on your glutes. Grab a set of dumbbells for your deadlifts and it will get those hammies burning!
- 7 min. 4 exercises 2 rounds 1 minute rest in between
- 30 sec. pop squats
- 15 lateral lunge ea.leg
- 15 straight leg deadlifts
- 10 burpees
I promise the “meat ” of your butt is gonna be screaming for help!
Exfoliate ladies! I feel like we always forget about our biggest “ass”et! I have noticed that the discoloration of my skin is a lot more even. Of course the texture feels softer and best of all I feel like it has made a dramatic improvement with my stretch marks!

It does make a difference in what you wear to how you work out. I always know what I am working on that session and dress accordingly. For example, Sweaty Saturdays I always wear a sweatshirt and my waist trimmer to make sure I get that added water weight off and to get rid of that previous weeks madness.
My go to leg day pants. abs2bfitness has THE best pants hands down. Squat Proof. They do not move once you have them on..no more camel toe. AND SWEAT PROOF! The double edge sword is that they are custom to how you want them so in turn it takes about 4 weeks to get them. But I promise you they are so worth it. Not crazy expensive. They always are doing sales so never pay full price for one! I own the expensive lulus, Zellas, and nike. Nothing compares to these! Also, the scrunch bum option cups your bum perfectly!
