Meet Kristina Holcomb

1

Hello there! My name is Kristina and I am a Waco transplant, originally from Vermont, but moved to Waco in 2005. My husband is a Wacoan and I have fallen in love with this city!

I graduated from Baylor with my undergrad in Communications and Tarleton State with my MBA. I loved my time in school and go back to Baylor for classes when the opportunity arises. My husband is in high school coaching and we have moved a few times within and outside of Texas as he had some amazing opportunities. He recently took the Athletic Director position at Reicher Catholic High School and St. Louis. Our family is so excited for this next chapter. Tyler started his coaching career in 2009 at Reicher and we are happy to be back.

Being a working mom of three kids has its challenges along with rewards. Our oldest, Talia is 6. Tessa is 5 and Teo is 2. We like names that start with “T”, I think. Our daughters are 11 months a part, AKA Irish Twins. They keep us busy and our heart full. We attend a lot of sporting events and always try to be there to cheer Daddy on! I work at Premier ER and Urgent Care and truly love what I do, who I work with, and who I work for. The community of Waco is very important to our family.

There are a lot of great organizations in Waco. I am a member of the Junior League of Waco and believe women are better together. I love to help empower and build moms and women up. I am excited to be a contributor of the Waco Moms Blog and learn from everyone. I enjoy writing, reading, playing with my kids, and supporting my husband with our cheers.

I look forward to meeting more moms and women through the Waco Moms Blog and am honored to be a part of the team!
